Monthly 1-on-1 sessions with Benjamen, direct access between sessions, and a personalised development plan built around your specific situation and goals.

Development plan
Before your first session, Benjamen will prepare a personalised 12-month development plan based on your goals.
Monthly sessions
One 1-hour session per month, plus access between sessions for questions, document reviews, and quick support.
