What Students Say

Sarah M.Business Analyst, Wellington
“The Delivery Journey module alone was worth the price. I finally understood how the pieces fit together on a project. Benjamen teaches from real experience, not theory.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Will ANZ employers recognise the CBBA?
Yes. The CBBA is recognised by employers across New Zealand and Australia including NZ Government, Deloitte, Westpac, ANZ Bank, IBM, Spark NZ and KPMG. It’s verifiable online via the BBAI certification registry.
What happens after 6 weeks — do I lose access?
Your access to course materials is for 6 weeks from enrolment. Your CBBA certificate and the BA Toolkit are yours to keep permanently once earned. Most students complete well within the 6-week window.
Is the CBBA the same as CBAP?
No — they’re different certifications for different career stages. CBAP (IIBA) requires 7,500 hours of documented BA experience and costs $950+ USD to sit. CBBA has no experience prerequisite and is designed for practitioners building their foundation. Many CBBA graduates go on to pursue CBAP later in their career.
What level of experience do I need?
None required. The CBBA is designed for career changers, graduates, and junior BAs. If you have some project or business experience (in any role) you’ll have real-world context to apply what you learn.
Is there a payment plan?
Currently the CBBA is available as a single payment of $349 NZD + GST (~AUD $315). If cost is a barrier, start with the free Introduction to Business Analysis course first and contact us directly to discuss options.
What’s in the BA Toolkit?
The BA Toolkit includes: requirements elicitation templates, stakeholder register, RAID log, process mapping templates, business case template, user story format guide, and the BBAI Framework reference card. Everything you’d use on a real project from day one.
