The Problem This Solves

Most organisations have BAs working in different ways — no shared methodology, inconsistent requirements quality, and no unified language for change delivery. The result: rework, missed requirements, and projects that cost 2× what they should.

BAs on your team working in different ways — no shared methodology

Requirements quality varies project to project — inconsistent delivery

CBAP requires 7,500 hours — your team can’t wait that long to certify

Hiring new senior BAs costs $80–120k/year — upskilling existing staff is 5× cheaper

The CBBA Corporate Difference

🎯

Practical, Not Theoretical

Case studies built around real ANZ sectors. Your team works through problems they’ll face on Monday morning.

🇳🇿

ANZ-Specific

Case studies reference NZ Government, banking, utilities, and infrastructure. Not US/UK examples that don’t land.

🔧

One Shared Framework

Every participant leaves with the BBAI Framework — a single methodology your whole team can align on.

🏆

CBBA Certification

Every participant who passes the assessment earns the CBBA — verifiable, LinkedIn-shareable, ANZ-recognised.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you customise the content for our industry?

Yes. Sector-specific case studies are available for government, financial services, technology, healthcare, and utilities. Discuss requirements in the discovery call and we’ll tailor accordingly.

What if not everyone passes the assessment?

The CBBA assessment is straightforward for anyone who engages fully with the two-day programme. Participants who don’t pass on first attempt get one free resit within 60 days. Pass rates for engaged cohorts typically exceed 90%.

Can we run this for a distributed team across cities?

Yes — virtual delivery via Teams or Zoom works well for distributed teams. We’ve run cohorts with participants across Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Sydney simultaneously.

Is there a group discount for 20+ participants?

For 20+ participants we split into two parallel cohorts for better learning outcomes. The per-head rate is lower for larger engagements — discuss in the discovery call.

What’s the lead time from enquiry to delivery?

Typically 3–6 weeks from enquiry to delivery for virtual; 4–8 weeks for on-site (to allow travel logistics). For urgent engagements, contact us directly to discuss availability.
