A Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for identifying business needs, analysing and evaluating them, and recommending practical solutions to meet those needs.

BAs gather and analyse data, identify problems and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvements to business processes, systems, and products. They work closely with stakeholders, including executives, managers, customers, and end-users, to understand their needs and requirements, and use this information to develop business cases, define and document requirements, analyse business process models, facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, design and test solutions, and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
