They work closely with stakeholders, including executives, managers, customers, and end-users, to understand their needs and requirements, and use this information to develop business cases, define and document requirements, analyse business process models, facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, design and test solutions, and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
